What is online training?
Online training is an efficient and more affordable way for me to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals, no matter where you are in the world. Using the latest technology-MyFitnessPal and Trainerize, I develop your personalized or custom program catered to your needs and goals, while holding you accountable.
Clients are able to take their program wherever they go- while traveling, or even working out at home. Videos are provided with each movement to aid in clarification and clients will learn how to "feel their form" and push themselves on their own. With 4 weeks of programming, clients become comfortable and proficient with each movement while also providing the body plenty of variety. This provides an empowering model so that even after the client graduates from their program, they have a large exercise vocabulary and increased confidence to continue to progress on their own.
What is entailed in the nutrition coaching?
In a package with nutrition coaching, a client will receive a flexible meal plan along with numerous resources to guide the client in making healthy choices that are right for them and their lifestyle. Clients are given the freedom to mix-and-match foods and snacks on their meal plan, and incorporate recipes from the "Recipes for Success" Ebook (even including desserts!). While some clients are new to veganism and may desire meat substitutes, some clients may not have these foods in their plan at all. All plans are custom created to each individual's likes, dislikes, goals, food allergies and sensitivities, and where they are in their plant-based journey. If there are mental issues around food or a healthy relationship with food, a mindset breakthrough session is recommended before embarking on a nutrition program.
Do you only work with vegans?
For in person coaching, Hannah is happy to work with those of different lifestyles and backgrounds. For online coaching, preference is given to vegan clients due to Hannah's expertise in that area, and the high demand for vegan nutrition coaching.
Do I have to have dreams of being a bodybuilder to be a client?
No you definitely do not have to aspire to compete as a bodybuilder to be a client of mine. In fact, I do not currently coach competition preparation. Being able to coach clients in contest prep takes years of competing and experience coaching competitors. I'm happy to help competitors transition after competition however, and re-establish healthy habits and relationships with food.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results are highly dependent on each client's goals and commitment level to their program. Past and current clients have reported increased confidence, strength gain, better understanding of how to eat to get to their goals, increased strength and endurance, lost inches, and weight decrease. Your satisfaction with your program is Hannah's highest priority, so she is happy to make adjustments and changes if need be.
Is there a contract or commitment?
At this time, clients are able to select month-to-month programs, or paid in full for 3 months or more at a 10% discount. However, the longer you commit to, them more invested you will be in your program, and the more likely you are to receive optimum results. Not only that, but as the body changes, adjustments will need to be made to the programs to ensure continued success and results. Hannah recommends committing to at least 3 months, as most clients start to see "visible" changes around the 6-8 week mark.
